Qi (in Japanese, or “chi” in Chinese) means energy, and refers to traditional, time-tested Eastern practices leading to a healthy, balanced, and harmonious lifestyle.


Qi-NOW means health and well-being NOW—an invitation to get started on a new pathway the moment you make the decision to change your lifestyle.


HOW IT WORKS...

My Qi-Now program coaches individuals through joyful and healthful cooking and eating experiences, touching upon ancient eastern food philosophies rooted in the Chinese hot and cold food system and Indian Ayurveda. You will maintain a healthy weight while eating the foods you love and introducing new ones. The program also incorporates energizing and restorative yoga poses using deep breathing techniques during sequencing, and meditation to release stress, promote clarity, and keep you focused. The intention is to help you connect body, mind, and spirit.
